Your primary responsibility will be to help us bring products and sellers to our marketplace. You need to be persistent like a salesperson and detail-oriented like an Accountant. The ideal candidate is hard-working, a team player, honest, target-driven, and meticulous. You are eager for work experience and can juggle a heavy workload.  This is a full-time position, thus fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We are happy to work with people with no experience, but we are looking for someone who is smart, a quick learner, and wants responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to Sellers over phone, chat, and in-person;
  • Draft contracts for Sellers;
  • Onboard Sellers;
  • SEO optimize products from different Sellers;
  • Create video and written content for Sellers
  • Add products to our marketplace through our CMS and ensure that inventory is constantly updated and accurate;
  • Execute events and activities to attract sellers.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales or any other relevant degree;
  • Proficient with a Woocommerce CMS;
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop;
  • Impeccable Bangla and English writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Content Marketing Intern

TukiTaki.xyz is looking for a Content Marketing Intern with excellent creative writing skills who also loves research and analytics. Our ideal candidate is smart and fun with a lot of ideas to make any content (written or visual) stand out. In addition to writing, you’ll be the go-to person for any information related to our products and customers (don’t worry, we’ll catch you up). Our plan is to make the right person a permanent member of our core team, once the internship period ends.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competition ventures, and their offerings.
Generate creative content ideas to support our content marketing efforts across channels.
Write SEO friendly product descriptions and other interesting/informative long-form content.
Contribute to organic social media marketing strategy and own the monthly social media calendar.
Write copy for social media marketing content distributions.
Initiate and conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Excellent writing skills in both English & Bangla is a must (previous experience in any content writing or copywriting role is an added advantage). Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms is preferred. We would love to see your resume if:

Responsibilities:
  • Generate potential seller leads through relevant acquisition channels.
  • Develop fail-proof negotiation strategies to convert any lead.
  • Contact and correctly screen potential sellers by evaluating their business maturity, catalogue relevancy, and marketplace-selling capabilities.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of seller contracts and guides.
  • Negotiate marketing packages with sellers.
  • Partner with brand teams to maintain and leverage existing seller/brand relationships.
  • Develop strategic accounts and build strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Ensure the update of sellers catalogs online, promote sellers’ offers into marketing mediums.
  • Ensure sellers are aware of expectations and are prepared to operate.

Marketing Executive

TukiTaki.xyz is looking for a Marketing Executive having 1 – 2 years experience with an ecommerce team or a digital marketing agency. We are looking for someone who is performance oriented, driven, analytical and willing to learn in order to grow.

We would love to see your resume if:

  • You can recommend effective action plans based on insights from Google Analytics reports, can design ecommerce sales funnels and have the ability to work on conversion rate optimization efforts centering around our web traffic.
  • You have some experiences with media planning and digital media buying on the most commonly used ad platforms.
  • You’re familiar with the concept of email marketing and probably have a few campaigns under your belt.
  • You have some experience with community/query management or customer service.

Not required but nice-to-haves:

Accounts Junior Executive

Our growing team is excited to welcome an Accounts Junior Executive to the team. This is an important role within the organization with plenty of responsibilities. Responsibility

  • Maintain all books of accounts, balance sheet, monthly report, quarterly report, register, ledger following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of the organization.
  • Prepare financial statements and necessary reports, prepare financial models using software for various departments.
  • Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure accurate month-end reporting.
  • Responsible for paying monthly salaries and payments to Sellers and vendors.
  • Providing solutions on minimizing costs and maximizing profit.

Qualifications

  • BBA is required; a major in Accounting is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace is mandatory.

Software Engineer

We are actively seeking a Software Engineer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (primarily PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Additionally, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

Education

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing new features and functionality;
  • Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture;
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS;
  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of full-time experience is required for this role;
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery;
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development;
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML);
  • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications;
  • Experience designing and developing responsive design websites;
  • Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector;
  • Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers;
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages;
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial;
  • Fluent in Bangla and English.
