If you’ve changed your mind about purchasing the product upon seeing it, you will need to return it to the courier service person on the day and time of delivery. Regrettable, we are unable to accept returns past this point. In this case, the courier service person will take the product and you will only need to pay the delivery fee.

We accept returns for damaged or defective goods. These returns must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving the product. If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at [email protected] with a photo and purchase details.

Only products purchased on may be returned for a refund. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.

Once you’ve completed an order on our website, we will specify the maximum number of days needed for that product to reach you. Deliveries are made through our third-party delivery service provider(s) and not by’s logistics team.

In order to complete the delivery, we will need your name, your full delivery address and cell phone number. The address you provide needs to be able to accept the product between the hours of 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, though you do not need to personally be present. At the time of delivery, you will be sent a four-digit code on your cell phone which needs to be provided to the delivery person in order to receive the package.

You have the ability to pay through several options if you’re located in Dhaka.  These include:

  1. Cash Upon Delivery
  2. Mobile Banking, such as bKash
  3. Credit Card

For orders outside of Dhaka, you will be requested to make the payment in advance and do not have the option for cash upon delivery. We are working diligently to make cash upon delivery available to our customers outside of Dhaka.
