Should your refund be justified and agreed upon, it may take us between 10-20 days to make the refund. Refunds are handled by TukiTaki.xyz and can only be made via bank transfer or bKash (transactions fees will apply) if you paid cash on delivery.  Payments made electronically will receive a refund much more quickly, within 5 days, to the source through which the payment was made (i.e. credit card, mobile banking).

You have until the time that we hand over your product to a delivery person to cancel your order for free. Once it has been handed over, you will need to pay for the courier fee(s) only.

We have a generous “No Questions Asked Return and Exchange policy.” You have 120 hours (5 calendar days) after receiving the product to get in touch with us and ask for an exchange or return. Any courier fees associated with the exchange or return will need to be borne by you. You will need to package the product in its original packaging in order for it to be exchanged or returned. Should the returned product be damaged in any way, you will need to pay the full price of the product and any associated delivery fees.

In the event that we send you a wrong or damaged product, we will make the exchange and bear all the following courier fees.

If you received the wrong product or a defective product, kindly ensure that your email includes photos of the product.  Unfortunately, without a photo, we won’t be able to exchange the product for you.

Only products purchased on TukiTaki.xyz may be returned for a refund. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.

Once you’ve placed an order on our website, you will receive an email and sms confirmation.  The tentative delivery date for each product is mentioned on the product page. Deliveries are made through our third-party delivery service provider(s) and not by TukiTaki.xyz’s logistics team.  When your product has been handed over to the courier service, you will receive a tracking code to track your order in real-time. 

In order to complete the delivery, we will need your name, your full delivery address and cell phone number. The address you provide needs to be able to accept the product between the hours of 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, though you do not need to personally be present. At the time of delivery, you will be sent a four-digit code on your cell phone which needs to be provided to the delivery person in order to receive the package.

Should you fail to receive the package and the maximum number of holding days has passed, you will need to pay for the courier fees incurred to bring the product to you and to have it returned to the Seller. 

We provide delivery to all parts of Bangladesh and worldwide.

Our shipping fees do not include Customs clearance and/or any Customs tax/duty required to clear the package in your stated shipping destination.  When your package arrives at Customs, you will receive an email. Where possible, our Logistics partner will provide door-to-door service.

Pre-ordered products are generally not made in Bangladesh and are sourced from various countries. Pre-ordering a product means you will purchase the product online and we will take responsibility for sourcing the product and delivering it to your doorstep in Bangladesh. Residents outside of Bangladesh cannot pre-order a product from our platform. We may or may not be authorized resellers for this product.

We know how time-consuming it can be to choose products that you haven’t bought in the past. The products we list for pre-order are well researched by our team and we have only listed products that are most cost-effective with the highest positive reviews by our customers and/or reviews on platforms like Amazon and AliExpress and/or reviews on the retailers own website. Only products with a 4/5 rating are listed on our platform. Take comfort in our research, but please also do your own research prior to placing an order with us.

 

Pre-Order Refund Policy:

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We will only provide a refund for defective products. If you received the wrong product or a defective product, kindly ensure that your email includes photos of the product. Unfortunately, without a photo, we won’t be able to exchange the product for you. You have 48 hours after receiving the product to ask for a refund.

We will not provide a refund if the packaging of the product is damaged; we will only refund you if the actual product is defective.

Please keep all the packaging material; you will need to repackage everything properly in order to receive your refund. Any additional damage due to lack of proper packaging may result in not receiving a refund.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel. Post-24 hours, your product will be purchased and processed for delivery. At this point, we cannot accept cancellation requests. To cancel your order, send an email to [email protected] and please ensure to include your order number.

Delays:

We aim to deliver products to you as quickly as possible. However, cross-border logistics is complicated and many of its variables are often out of our control.  Should we anticipate delays, we will communicate them to you right away and keep you updated. Please do not order products from our platform if you are on a tight schedule to receive it.
