Return & Exchange Policies:
We have a generous "No Questions Asked Return and Exchange policy." You have 120 hours (5 calendar days) after receiving the product to get in touch with us and ask for an exchange or return. Any courier fees associated with the exchange or return will need to be borne by you. You will need to package the product in its original packaging in order for it to be exchanged or returned. Should the returned product be damaged in any way, you will need to pay the full price of the product and any associated delivery fees.
In the event that we send you a wrong or damaged product, we will make the exchange and bear all the following courier fees.
